How Often Should I Get an Inspection?

Manufacturer Report Card

We deliver accurate and thorough inspections because we follow the manufacturer’s certified multi-point vehicle inspection checklist. The technician uses the list to inspect every primary component and gives each one a risk grade reflecting the current condition and expected performance. You can discuss the results with our knowledgeable service advisor.

How to Interpret the Inspection Results

You will be handed the same checklist used by our certified technician to complete an accurate and thorough inspection. You will notice that every component inspected received a color-coded risk grade. Here is what those colors mean for your vehicle’s condition, risk, and what we recommend doing next:

• Green – they are in good condition and do not pose an excessive risk; therefore, no corrective maintenance is recommended.
• Yellow – some wear and tear have been found but the risk is low to moderate; these components will require corrective maintenance. We can discuss the nature of the risk and if you should get the maintenance done now or want to put it off until later.
• Red – these components carry an undue risk of failure or causing secondary issues that we recommend correcting immediately to mitigate the immediate risk.
